Ford IDS This is Ford's new diagnostic scan tool. Everything about it is great. Not only will it program anything on any Ford, Lincoln, Mercury product (including SUVs' and trucks up to F550) but the model I have also included The VMM which is a 4 channel diagnostic lab scope. Everything about it is well made. The leads, probes, Modules, there is nothing cheap about it (including the price) but worth every penny.
Chrysler DRB III This is a scan tool for only Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep vehicles. Great tool. Built really well. Spx/Miller Specialty tools is the manufacture. The one I have came with other peripherals', Temp sensor, current protector. This tool is good for 94 to 2007 cars and trucks. Starting in 2008 Star Scan will take its place. New Can protocol that the DRB III will not be able to do. At this time the star scan is available but it is not able to do the non-can cars. so for now you will have to have both. In time the star scan will be able to take over the DRB III
Sema Show 2007 News

Parts
Oxygen Sensors: Bosch is still the leader in my book
Fuel Pumps: I was a strong Believer in Carter. Now Airtex is taking over. Unfortunately I believe Airtex is going offshore.
Radiators: For years all I bought was Modine. Now Modine has been bought out by someone, and I am getting offshore radiators with modine stickers on it. I call 1-800-radiator, if you ask them they can usually find you a good quality original equipment radiator. Harrison, etc
Waterpumps: The dealer. I haven't found one that really last the test of time. The pump bearings on the aftermarket hold up, but the seals start leaking after a couple of years. An original equipment pump might last 10 years without leaking, but the aftermarket for some reason only last around 3 years before it leaks. I just bought a Chrysler pump for my Jeep, yeah it was $90 bucks, but I think it will be the last pump I ever put on, if it don't last you will see it here.
Brakes: Ford Premium brake pads are the best out there for Ford products. If you own an Expedition, F series truck, full size Ford, you should be running there brakes. No black death wheel dust, it don't warp the rotors, the best for fords, all other make cars I run Wagner pads.
